Pricing is a monthly base fee plus a small fee for each active student, billed in Ghana Cedi. You only pay for the students you actually have enrolled, so the cost scales naturally with your school. See the pricing section for examples.
Monthly billing is charged each month with no commitment. Annual billing charges once for the year at a discounted effective rate, so schools that plan ahead pay less overall. You can choose whichever suits your budgeting.
No. WhatsApp and SMS notifications are usage-based and deducted from your school's prepaid wallet according to your pricing plan. Email notifications are included. This keeps messaging costs transparent and under your control.
WhatsApp notifications are coming soon — the integration architecture is in place and being rolled out. SMS and email notifications are available today, so you can already reach parents reliably.
Yes. The parent portal links guardians to their own children, where they can see attendance, results, fees and school announcements. Parents only ever see their own children's information.
Yes. The teacher portal gives staff role-appropriate access to their classes — taking attendance, entering results and assessments, and communicating within the school's rules. Access follows each person's role.
Yes. The platform is fully responsive and works in any modern mobile browser, so staff and parents can use it comfortably on their phones — which is how many schools work day to day.
Data is encrypted in transit, protected by role-based access control, and each school is isolated in its own secure tenant so no school can ever see another's data. Sensitive administrative actions are audit-logged.
Yes. The platform runs automatic daily backups on redundant cloud storage, with recovery procedures in place — you don't have to manage any of it yourself.
New schools are guided through an onboarding wizard that walks you through setting up your academic year, classes, students, staff and fees — including student imports. Our team supports you through it at no extra cost.
Your school tops up a prepaid wallet, and usage-based services like SMS and WhatsApp are deducted from it as you use them. Your subscription is billed separately. You can see your balance and history in the billing area.
Yes. There's no lock-in — you can cancel your subscription whenever you choose. When you do, your account enters a grace period so you can export your data before it's closed.
